Thursday Already

The kids had no school on Monday (day for teachers to prepare for conferences). No school on Tuesday to honor our veterans. And now it's already Thursday. Yowza!! Well we decided last night to pack up and hit the road on Friday morning to go watch Nate run in the Nike Nationals Cross Country Meet in Boise, Idaho. That's what I said - Boise - 16 hours, 2 squirmy kids, a dog and a husband. What else could possibly be more fun??? We will be spending the night at cousin Brooke and Kevin Godwins house in Boise. Sounds like they have a lovely pad! Hoping to see 2 other sets of friends, and Matt really wants to see the "Smurf Terf" at Boise State! We'll see if we can cram it all into a weekend. Knowing my husband we will do it all!!!!! gotta love him!

Ran 3 miles with Vic this morning on the Buckley Trail. It wasn't raining- Wow. We have flood warnings b/c we've had so much rain lately. Headed to Eltopia tonight.
