So. . . . .I've done something to my right shoulder. I thought it was a rotator cuff injury at first. As the swelling started to go down I then thought it might be a tear in my anterior deltoid. Today I just looked at it and now I'm wondering why it looks like my bicep muscle detached itself from the shoulder and is now hanging out down by my elbow. Seriously, there is a big deformed lump at the lower end of my forearm.
But the pain is in my shoulder. And it HURTS!!! Maybe I should try applying a wet wash cloth.
I think I've consumed a Costco size jar of Advil. I'm using a sling.
So what did I do: Long story short. I injured it (obviously) and then instead of taking it easy I continued to live my extremely active lifestyle and made it much worse.
Did you know that we do just about everything with both arms/hands. OMGoodness HELP! ! ! !
